Daniel Burns, developer and owner of Drake Consulting Group based in Cedarburg, received $3.3M in TIF to help fund the redevelopment of the former Amcast Factory in Cedarburg, WI.

Welcome Tim Giuliani!
We're pleased to introduce Tim Giuliani as our newest technical staff member. Tim's background includes work with the U.S. Bureau of Land Management on Abandoned Mine Lands in Colorado and an environmental science degree from Oregon State University (B.S. 2011).
His expertise encompasses fish stock monitoring, soil and groundwater sampling, and GIS mapping. His responsibilities include sampling analysis and project site coordination.

Senior Project Manager Chelsea completed her master's thesis in August 2015, studying transport mechanisms for human fecal indicator bacteria in urban stormwater.
Her research began in 2010 under Dr. Sandra McLellan at the School of Freshwater Sciences, supported by the Milwaukee Metropolitan Sewerage District, the City of Wauwatosa, and the U.S. Geological Survey.
